We are in receipt of your invoice dated 03/27/17 in the amount of $1,491,390.15. Can you kindly follow up with the cede, IAT Group / Harco National Insurance Company (IAT) and determine whether they have processed their share of the settlement in the amount of $5,000,000. Based on IAT’s Reinsurance Report dated 03/15/17; it notes, the parties continue to work on the settlement language and expect to have this matter closed in the next thirty to sixty days. Therefore, it is unclear whether IAT has issued their portion of the settlement. Kindly follow with IAT and provide confirmation this traction has been processed.
