If Donna is not meeting my expectations, I must have a conversation with her and keep a record of this conversation. Factually documenting the issues and specifically mentioning my concerns with details is necessary because it will support my final decision and prevents any surprise if a forceful action is required in the future. I will be also listening to her explanation, feedback and point of view.
