Being happy in this context means to be happy and love with my career. I have seen in a few situations where some employees do not happy with their job, colleague or anything related to work. The impact of this situation is big where when you are unhappy your job performance tends to be bad which can lead to stress and burn out.

In any situation whether in school, college or workplace, being responsible for our action or behavior is important for everyone. Everyone should know their own responsibilities and ensure they carry out their responsibilities very well.
