The environment and design of Happy 8 Retreats Café is very creative and attractive. The concept their used to design their café is more to “Go Green” concept. Their used wood to decorate their ceiling, ceiling’s light, door, stairs, counter, tables, chairs and others, even a table number they also used wood to make it. Their café also used bamboo to design a VIP room and toilets. Other than this, their also used recycled things to design their café such as tailor machine. They modified it to become a table. Although the products same with others café but the price of products in Happy 8 Retreats Café is expensive than others. One of the reasons is the difference in taxes and import duties across countries and Happy 8 Retreats Café is using import’s coffee bean. Thus, the price will be more expensive. Therefore, Happy 8 Retreats Café also provides homemade concept’s foods. The location of Happy 8 Retreats Café is at tourism area. Thus, it is also one of the reasons why the price expensive. For the café order method, the customers need to order at counter first once they step into the café then only can go to choose their seats. There are few disadvantages by using this method. One of the method is the customers cannot sit down relax then only start to choose and decide what they wish to order. They need to decide immediately when order at the counter. Some of the customers will feel stress when others customers are waiting to order and they still haven’t decide what to order. Then, they might only simply choose for their meals but not they wish to have. This can make the customers do not visit again for this café. The others disadvantages are it will take longer time to order if there are a lot of customers. This might cause the customers impatient to wait for the order and choose to have their meals in other café and brings loss of customers to this
