I have learned so much about myself and on ways that I can improve my way of living. For my current situation, I have learned while being in this class that happiness may not come from being successful with loads of money. In addition, by acting happy I can actually become happy. In addition, working hard is okay, but not to the point where I feel overwhelmed and stressed out. I am going to try to spend as much time with my family and friends instead of trying to buy the latest gadgets. I have also learned that exercise can help one feel better and more energized, so I am going to start working out more often. In addition, I will be thankful for what I have and write it down so that I do not forget. The amount of information I have learned in this class is incredible and I plan on using it on bettering myself and helping my loved ones. Instead of thinking in a pessimistic way I am going to see the world in an optimistic point of view and share it with the people around me and finally reach my goal of living a happy life with the people I care
