Knowing that people remember me for who I am, what I’ve changed and enhanced in my entourage and in the society, for loving my character traits and my personality makes me extremely well and blessed to be the person I have built. In addition to that, admiration and respect are both essential factors. According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs in Ann Olson’s text (2013), “Needs for self-esteem, self- respect, and healthy, positive feelings derived from admiration” (p.297), we notice that admiration is a necessary source that evolves happiness and inner peace and self-confidence. Indeed, I surely identify myself in this specific case. After a hard work, preparing for an environmental project, all the comity rewarded and allocated us for our perseverance and professionalism. That’s what I call happiness! Regarding Oslan (2013), Mahatma Gandhi, Viktor Frankl and Nelson Mandela are examples of influential men who illustrated perfectly the real meaning of self-actualization. These people derived happiness by giving a meaning to life.
