As I sit by my queen and drink until I can no longer take another sip I sit excitingly on the edge of my chair waiting for this gathering of the play-within-a-play to benign. I start to watch but soon look over to my queen and raise my eyebrow due to what has just been spoken by the player king. I sit up more now and ease in so I can hear more clearly what is being spoken. I lay my eyes on hamlet for a second too see what kind of reaction is on his face but instead I was dismayed to see his eyes already on me,I quick look back up at the player king, to who has not stopped speaking or acting. He hasn’t made a sene yet and the play goes on I get this feeling my nephew has made this play for me. I have slowly stood up to what I have seen the player king just act out. I do not laugh anymore but stare. I want to scream and say I have had enough of this nonsense this play you call “The Mouse-trap”. But all i do is drop my drink and stubble as I try to walk. At times I think Hamlets big ego gets him into trouble but as his best friend I cannot bale on him he needs me the most right now and my support. As me and the villagers are gathered around the only thing that is going through my mind was “Hamlet you better not lose” as the first match was going on I felt like I couldn’t protect my best fiend I’m scared I whispered under my breath. While the fencing was still going on at times I would yell out to Hamlet saying “watch out brother”he was more like a brother to me than a friend. Okay so Hamlet won the first match but now there is the second match to begin and my fear rises again. Once again Hamlet and his big ego has won. Before I could even get a chance to congratulate Hamlet laerts has just wounded Hamlet in the arm I quickly stepped in to tell Hamlet not to continue this fight but before I could Hamlet wounded laertes. I ask Hamlet “they bleed on both sides how is it my lord”. And as this is happening Osric yells “look to the queen there” as I look at the queen her last words were “ my dear Hamlet the drink poisoned me” in that moment I couldn't fathom that king Claudius could do such a thing as to poison her.
