My serial killer's name is Hamilton Fish, but he went by the name of Albert, the name of his dead sibling. He was also known as the Gray Man, the Werewolf of Wysteria, The Boogey-Man and possibly the Brooklyn Vampire.

Childhood
Albert was raised by his mother and father until his father’s passing in 1875. After his passing, Fish’s mother placed him into an orphanage where he was whipped and beaten quite frequently. It was at this orphanage he discovered he liked the feel of physical pain when he experienced sadistic acts of brutality. When he was beaten, it caused him to have an erection which he was tormented for. At the age of 12, he started being involved in homosexual relationships. In his younger years he was introduced to paraphilia, he started drinking urine and even ate feces. He spent most of his weekends in public baths watching boys undress. The arrest was made by William F. King who was waiting outside his home building when Fish returned to E 52nd Street. The serial killer had checked out a few days earlier but left some envelopes behind. King got a lead on fish when he received the letter written to the Budd family. The letter had a small hexagonal emblem with the letters “N.Y.P.C.B.A.” on it standing for New York Private Chauffeur's Benevolent Association. When Albert Fish returned to get the letter he received from his son, that’s when William made his arrest. Albert agreed to go to questioning where he confessed to the murder of Grace Budd but said he meant to kill her brother,
