Halloween Special: The Clasher Television Series

The slasher television series successfully concluded season 2. Now, viewers are asking MTV if Scream season 3 gets the green light. Looking at the ratings, season 2’s August ranking does not look appealing. But many are saying that season 3 is clearly happening. It is only a matter of time until someone announces the release date.
But that does not stop fans from creating an online petition for Scream season 3. In the hopes that MTV will reconsider giving it the green light, fans need 5,000 signatures. However, the target number of petitions does not guarantee that MTV is going to look into it.
Show runners Jill Blotevogel, Jay Beattie and Dan Dworkin are still keeping their mouths shut regarding Scream season 3. Looking at the numbers, iTech has it that season 2 garners lesser views in comparison to season 1. It’s previously reported that MTV is known for renewing shows when it comes to ratings. So it is still unclear if they are giving the thriller another chance.

The special, Spooky Special Sneak Peek, teases that it answers all the mysteries of season 2. Remember that cliff-hanger? Amadeus Serafini, who plays Kieran, kills off people in season 2. But he closes the season alive and well. Which most likely means that the truth will be exposed in the Halloween Special.
Some fans also guarantee that the Halloween Special will reveal the fate of season 3. Does that mean that Spooky Special Sneak Peek is the jump off point for Scream season 3? It is still unknown at this point. But that does not stop fans from pushing the hashtag #RenewMTVScream

The Holidays are now over and what better way to get back into the swing of things by watching a bad movie. Okay, bad might not be the best term to describe The Brain That Wouldn't Die, as it certainly isn't the worst movie I've witnessed before. Yes, the plot is paper thin and could've easily been trimmed down to a solid 20-minute episode of Twilight Zone or something similar, but overall I enjoyed the movie enough. However, the movie isn't the main reason to pick up Scream Factory's new Blu-ray. No, the reason to pick it up is the Mystery Science Theater 3000 special feature, which goes through the entire movie and is a blast to sit through.…

Not because anything in the episode was particularly shocking, but because the episode wasn’t terrible. In fact, it was actually kind of OK, in its own universe (compared to most shows it was still pretty disastrous).…

Halloween is like a horror movie, except with drunk teenagers instead of axe murders. It was about two years ago, when we were still living in Germany. It was a fairly peaceful Halloween night and the sun was about to set. My friends and I were walking around the village, what Germans call a town. After about half an hour of us walking around and talking, some acne filled, tall, muscular and older, German teenagers came up to us.…

Hush is a horror movie about a woman named Madison Young. Maddie is a mute author, who temporarily lost her hearing and her speaking ability when she contracted bacterial meningitis when she was 13. She ended up losing both her hearing and her speaking ability after she had a surgery that went wrong. Due to Maddie’s disabilities, Hush presents an emphasis on isolation and the importance of existential awareness that other horror movies fail to provide. Hush is different because most of the movie there isn't much noise and dialogue, especially when we’re in Maddie’s point of view.…

First, think of all the horror films you have heard of or seen: A Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, Chucky. The majority of horror films are predictable (Carroll 97). Slasher films are especially predictable: run, scream, die, in no particular order. If you read this guide then you are not going to do that. I assure you.…
