Though there are many topics out there to choose from, I chose Halloween as mine. In my research, my main questions are from where and who Halloween first surfaced from and how it was then to what it is now. My thesis is still coming along but it is along the lines of “Halloween’s origin isn’t as ‘sweet’ as we have made it out to be“. My paper will be broken down into many different topics all ranging from: Where and who the ‘holiday’ started from, what was the reason, what was involved, how it traveled to different areas, how it changed to what it is today, what is the similarities and differences, and I will even talk about the ‘pros and cons’ of what it has been made out to be in society.
