The teaching unit thereby chooses a top-down approach to the topic by looking at the overall aspects as for instance {\tql}Government{\tqr}, {\tql}Provinces and Territories{\tqr} and {\tql}People{\tqr} and then closing in on the capital city of the Province Nova Scotia, Halifax, and the poem that draws a gloomy picture of a night around the harbor of this city.
