In the workplace, attention to details is my top priority. Customer satisfactory is the roots for a successful business. Moreover, I have strong customer relation skills and dedicate myself to make them happy. In order to bring profit, customers should always come first. Business would fail without full team participation; thus teamwork would help an office environment run smoothly and bring energy to the team.
Time and organization are important in everyday life; therefore, they are crucial in people's lives. Time is precious and shouldn't be wasted. If I know a place, school, or seminar, where I can learn how to manage time. Even if the cost is expensive, I will definitely pay to learn the skills. Moreover, I have lack of organization. At my house in my room, school's books and papers are all together. Sometime I felt, the space is too small for them. And I know that I have the skills, but I need to know how to put in practice. Throughout the program this is one thing that I am going to focus and work hard to obtain.
And I know in this program will help me develop those skills and knowledge for the twenty first century

American soldiers were sent to reinstate the country’s democratically elected government, and to strip away power from the military junta that had deposed it and ruled for 3 years (pg.3). Politics can affect the health of Haiti. In chapter 1, the hospital refused to treat sick prisoners. Nine soldiers are clearly not even to try to govern 150,000 people in Haiti. Haiti’s ability to become a self-sustaining nation has been completely undermined by the United States for nearly two centuries as a result of American invasion, occupation and intervention into Haiti’s economic and political spheres. For many years, Haitians have been trying to take a stand to break away from the failed policies of the past and focus their attention on fair taxes, proper tariffs and locally generated policies (Raymond, 2011). The United States needs to take a step back and work to properly allocate foreign aid in a way that will slowly diminish Haiti’s dependence (Raymond, 2011). Foreign aid must not stop all at once; distribution of aid must be removed slowly to allow the Haitians to build towards their hopes of living…

When I started as a volunteer at CCHCA, I was responsible for assisting dietitians in a diabetic workshop. I did not get everything organized at first, and eventually I needed the help of the dietitian, all the materials were prepared the day before the workshop.…

To be honest, I really didn’t have any problems with these steps in the past. I was a very organized person who always managed my time wisely while I was in school. I have a physical planner as well as an electronic planner. I suppose that step 9 never applied to me, as my focus was that I needed to get my homework done then I can do what I want. Although, during the summer I the only thing I had to do was hula practice, shows, and competitions as well as any appointments I needed to go to so when I arrived here to college I was slightly unorganized for the first two weeks.…

After many weeks of training and preparing for one of the most dangerous yet heartening trips I would ever go to, the time for the mission trip to Haiti had finally come. At first, the trip was very heart-wrenching for me because I have not ever gone to a third-world country before and would not have the luxuries that I had at home. After arriving, I saw dirt roads, unfinished cement roads, many destitute people sitting on the street, and slums everywhere. I did not try to let these sights disturb me; in fact, I was joyful to be on this trip to spread God’s word. When my church group and I arrived at the place we would live in during the trip, I knew of the scarcity of clean water and adjusted my water usage to an acceptable level.…

INTRODUCTION There is no factor more essential in delivering efficient and hospitable service to guests than constant employee communication. These vital conversation skills need to be used between the front of the house and the and back of house to ensure quality and consistent service to guests. Equally as crucial, employees need to embrace a team-like mentality for this communication to be effective. Author John Katzenbach agrees and argues, “There is virtually no environment in which teams—if done right—can’t have a measurable impact on the performance of an organization” (p15, 1993).…

Sleep deprivation, stress and endless are all words that I frequently associated with time management. I have always understood it to be a character trait, someone either has it or they don’t. The concept of time management being an attainable discipline seemed impossible and, at best, optimistically delusional. To me, time management was a useful tool for completing as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. Our culture promotes the ideal that bigger is better, quantity over…
