Haitai Miracle
I was 12 years old when I first went to Haitai. One of my first experiences is this story. I love Haiti and have a passion to help it. If you did not know, Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world. This country needs a lot of help. Haiti is one of the vudu capitals of the world.
My brother and I were coming back from an orphanage in Haiti and we saw a man that desperately needed help. He was mentally insane and was naked and has been walking the streets for five years. The leader of the orphanage we stayed at is such an amazing woman and filled with the spirit, compassion, and love of Christ. She pulled over and we knew we had to help this man. We all asked each other, “ what do we do?”
