Organizational Structure
Hain Celestial has eight people on the Board of Directors, only one of them part of the staff management team (Irwan Simon). There are four executive officers as the top tier of their organization with a support staff of corporate senior management. The company is then broken down into geographic regions of management. There is a branch of management for the United State, Canada, the United kingdom, and Europe. Each branch focuses on distribution for their designated geographical region.
