Exposition- On August 4, 2004, Hailey Marie Miller was born bringing the Millers 3rd child and 1st and only daughter. At the time of birth I had 2 older siblings Jordan, the oldest, and Nik, less than a year younger than me. My brothers are as wound up as 2 tigers having a cat fight. When I was 3 years old my mom had a baby boy named Jack. My brothers are fond of running, basketball, and baseball. We have had many dogs before and after my birth. We had 1 dog named Remo before me. He was a special and Jordan’s favorite dog. Remo was a protector, lovable, and sick dog that I wish I was there to see and grow with him. A while after we got Remo we found out he had cancer and he died shortly after that. As I grew up we have found and bought many dogs. On August 4, 2004 Hailey Marie Miller was born bringing joy to the Millers.

When I walk in I see the living room with olive green couches, family photos, and a T.V. My bedroom just got redone with a turquoise, coral, and gold theme. When I walk in I notice my bed, gray curtains, blue-green walls, string lights, wall decor,

In art we started to do grid animals for our project. I was doing a giraffe for my brother, Jordan, because it was his favorite animal. I enjoyed doing the art project while using colored pencils and pencils. I enjoyed doing the project as mush as I enjoy watching Netflix or as much as I enjoy baking. My artwork was finished, finally. One day I notice my giraffe that I worked on ,so hard on, was not hanging up.So I go ask our art teacher, Mrs. Stear, why it was not hanging up.Mrs. Stear said it was sent to the Tarble Arts Center, that was an enjoyable moment for me. After it was sent there it was entered to be sent around Illinois. That was the highlight of my 5th grade

This hardship was experienced personally by Brenda Roza as she realized that “there may not be that person next to you that's going to speak up for you”. There is no reason for strangers being malicious, to try to knock other people down when they’re not even known to you. Even though I do not remember many things from my childhood, I remember the moment when I met Melvin Miller very clearly. I was only five, and when I walked up to him for the first time I had no clue he would change my life forever. My first moment with Melvin was watching him lay tile. I watched as he very eloquently placed each piece of porcelain and grout on the floor in a way that I had never seen before. I was immediately captivated.…

October 12th. The day that I,Heather Kubel, a freshman at Sierra Lutheran High School, would have embedded in my memory forever. The day that I will always be able to remember the exact details, despite the shudder that would come from recalling it. I had had a pretty basic life up to now. It is strange when people tell you that mental illnesses are not real. They say “it is all in your head,” and to “stop overreacting because it is not real.” Personally, I think that mental illnesses change you as a person, especially if you can get over the illness. My cousin, Caitlin, was diagnosed with bipolar depression and struggled greatly to get over it, but when she did her whole life changed. Caitlin’s bipolar depression affected me infinitely because from being my mother’s flower girl when she was young, to playing with me when I was bored at family events, when she probably did not want to, she holds a special spot in my family and mine’s heart.…
