The song Love Myself was written by the actress, songwriter, and model Hailee Steinfeld. Hailee was born in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. She began acting at age eight and her breakthrough came when she was chosen out of 15,00 girls to be Mattie Ross in True Grit when she was thirteen. As she was growing up she was starring in a lot of movies. Hailee stated acting for everyone including Taylor Swift. She stared in Taylor Swift’s music video Bad Blood. Her singing career started after she starred in the movie Pitch Perfect 2. Hailee was inspired after she sang in with Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, and Elizabeth Banks. She started writing songs like crazy and her best known song was love myself.
