NYSED three year HVLC contract was received and submitted last week. The total contract amount is $635,112. LC will receive $75,589 annually or a total of $226,767 for the next three years - representing a 20% increase over last year ALE funding. The contract terms is for five years, however the program years is only for three with the possibility for a two-year extension.
After carefully consideration of George Mann’s suggestion to merge the consortium, the HVLC has met with Dyson Foundation to solicit funding for a combined organization assessment and review
