It is 2046 and The New York Times headline reads, “Devoted father, member of the Coachella Valley Community Trust, and Physical Therapist Antonio Maciel has been inducted into the HSF Alumni Hall of Fame!”. According to the article Dr. Maciel’s background story while growing up in the Coachella Valley, his determination and success in changing the lives of his patients who suffered from injuries and disabilities, and voluntarily helping those who can’t afford to see a physical therapist. As well as helping students who are troubled, apathetic, and low income are some of the reasons that the Hispanic Scholarship Fund has induced Dr. Maciel into the HSF Alumni Hall of Fame.
