Before working at the university, she was a kindergarten teacher as well as an office manager at another university. Currently she is responsible for Human Resource Management for faculty and staff, communicating standard operating Policies and Procedures, providing physician credentialing services and special projects relating to the office 's administrative operations. “Everybody knows we (the university) say we are gonna do something and then it doesn’t happen.” Intrapsychic Process is the process of understanding what goes on inside the head and how this affects our overt behavior (Schein, 1999). This process consists of Observation (O), the emotional reaction to what we have observed (R), analyzing, processing and making judgments based on observations and feelings (J), and overt behavior in order to make something happen – we intervene(I) (Schein, 1999). Agent Negative observed a massive change to how business would be conducted on the HSC and quickly reacted with concern for her current employment. “How are we going to keep our jobs if they make these kinds of changes?” was a judgment she made assuming jobs would be eliminated with the adoption of this model. As a result, information was not readily given out to staff in Agent Negative’s department and when employees approached her with questions on the subject she dismissed it as rumor
