In Army profession as an HR Sergeant’s role it is there job to uphold the ethics in the culture around us. On a daily basis of the profession in our job is to manage strength in the Army. Being an HR Sergeant in the Army we are experts in our jobs because we play so many roles in division, bridges, battalions, and companies. Most of the time we don’t have one certain job we are excepted to know everything in the regulations, memorandums, and about the task ahead when it comes to deployments or other missions. The Soldiers in the organization depend in on the HR profession to no just come in and go thru the notions but to love the job or have passion for it. If you go back to the history of HR we did a lot before other parts of the Army were established. If we didn’t have the knowledge we did in our job it would be hard for our battle buddies to trust us with the information we give them. It would also be hard for the civilians, the American people, to trust us to make the right decisions for our nation. Being in a profession field, it is a passion and drive that makes you something bigger in the society. Key leaders in the Army along with all the other Soldiers in the Army need to help make sure that we don’t get away from what the Army has come to adapt to, which are the artifacts, believes and values, and the underlying assumption that the Army has.
