You are scheduled for your Extra Pay Extra Duty coaching fingerprint appointment on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.; you will be coming to the HR/Benefits Office located in the Carver Center at 201 Booth Street Elkton, MD 21921.

Please complete the attached applicant background information form and return it by email prior to your appointment. The day of your appointment please bring your signed coaching contract, the attached Extra Pay Extra Duty Coach’s packet, two (2) forms of ID for I-9 verification and a voided check for direct deposit. You will also need to bring a check or money order, payable to CCPS in the amount of $45.00 for your fingerprint processing.
