I have been in HOSA (Future Health Professionals) since 2014. I have gained many experiences within this organization. My experiences included meeting a variety of people who have the same career interests as me. This made it easier to connect with them and be able to exchange ideas. I also gained many qualities within my experience of HOSA. One quality is communication. Communication is very important in order to set goals, make plans and changes. It is critical that you inform your team in such cases. I will use communication throughout the rest of my career.
