• Moral identity- it is important for an individual to be able to define themselves as a good person with moral characteristics (Mayer et al., 2012).
• Cognitive moral development- the individual's differences concern is with the way ones sophisticated thinking is about ethical issues (Mayer et al., 2012).
Along with the traits of an ethical leader, there also are seven distinct dimensions which

• Fair treatment- leaders will act with integrity and treat others fairly without showing any favoritism. Leaders also will take responsibility for their actions (Men, 2014).
• Power sharing- leaders will give their employees a role in decision-making and listen to their opinions and concerns (Men, 2014).
• Role clarification- leaders are able to be transparent and communicate openly with their employees to make responsibilities, expectations and performance roles clear (Men, 2014).
• People orientation- leaders show care, respect, and support to their employees and meet the employee's needs (Men, 2014).

The leadership style I feel will help is the transformational leadership style. Transformational leadership style usually starts with the development of vision, and they will have a view of the future which will excite and convert potential followers. A transformational leader will seek to overly transform the organization, and they will also be an implicit promise to employees. The leader also will have transformed in some way. A transformational leader will use methods to help sustain motivation from their employees. Some of these methods are the use of ceremonies, rituals and some other cultural symbolism for the followers. Small things can get big hurrah for pumping up their significance as indicators of real progress in the follower's work. A transformational leader will balance their attention between action which creates growth and the mental state of their employees. This leadership style more than any other style are people-oriented, and they believe success comes first and will last through profound and sustained commitment (Bass & Riggio, 2006).
With there needing to be an improvement with communication being sought in the organization, I feel that the transformational leadership style will be effective during
