Landscaping servicers were priced at $22,000, which included a $4,500 deposit. Since you paid the deposit by cheque, a $17,500 balance still remains.
By signing a contract, you agreed that Mr. Lewis’s landscaping company would receive payment once servicers were provided. Failing to pay is a direct breach of contract, and Mr. Lewis has full rights to commence an action against
