Gymnastics has many moves; this is just three that you most likely don’t know the name of.The first one is a clearhip. A clearhip is done on the uneven bars. You have to cast into a hover position a go around the bar like that. When you get to the point where you’re in a upside down vertical position, you have to push with your elbows and shoulders to get to a cast position again. When you feel yourself above the bar, give yourself a pat on the back, you have just done a clearhip. The next one is a flyaway. A flyaway is a good technique to use if you want to dismount to the bar. All you have to do is swing under the bar back and forth until you’ve reached the height you want.
