Gym Week Analysis

Decent Essays
Rather than having specific days that I attend the gym every week the days will change. Reasoning for this is if something comes up I am able to determine what days I will be attending the gym that week. Similar to attending the gym there will be no set day that I will be allowing myself to go out to dinner. Based on what is occurring that week I will determine week by week I will allow myself to go out to dinner. I will brief my family and friends on what I plan on doing so that they are supportive and do not try swaying me away from my plan. Along with notifying them, I plan facing every barrier head on with the focus on remembering why I began this and what I want my outcome to be. In life nothing is easy but you have to be focused
