1.1 INTRODUCTION
We all know health is a wealth. We do not need a fancy car, big apartment, a doctor degree without a health. Being healthy is a first thing we need to keep in mind. Because most of the time our attitude depends on how we feel.
Physical fitness is very necessary for a healthy and tension free life. Being healthy and fit gives us energy to do anything. Physical fitness includes diet, exercise and sleep. These three basic things have their own importance in each individual's life and everyone should be sensible with regard to these for a healthy life.

This Club does not have any website with full functionality like online registration, hence the proposal of this Gym management system.
Our proposed “Smart Gym Management System” is for those who run a gym business. Before doing anything we did a decent research on major difficulties for gym owners. We examined carefully about how to make a huge registering system without failure as well as different functions for different kind of user depending on their privilege.
There is too much paperwork in operation. Processes are slow and monotonous to operate. The system is less accurate i.e Admin often makes input mistakes.. The Admin also needs to track attendance, manage payments, manage trainers and clients, assign trainers to clients and create periodic reports.
The system they have set up is tedious and exorbitant. The Gym association has no particular information archive for all their business. Rearranging through heaps of documents to discover data is troublesome. The association might likewise want to computerize their

Gym management will also include a booking system, point of sale, accounting concessions and has a range of reports that help in the management of the club. The software is a complete gym and recreational facility system programm which looks after all members and membership activities.
Tools used to develop the system.
i.PhP MySql for building the system and database manipulation.. ii.XAMPP as the local-host (server) to host the website and system. iii.Internet and books for research.

1.7 JUSTIFICATION
The gym management software provides lots of functions such as customer data entry, record keeping also including a comprehensive equipment, staff and services management.
By reducing administration working hours and labor, the company will ultimately reduce its operational costs. Sharing of information becomes smooth and seamless as all business related data will be kept in one location accessible by any staff member.
Safe and Secure storage of club information. Data kept electronically is easy to back up and highly secure. Less office space needed because no paper system will be used. Any development that makes the job for employees easy will surely bring moral to the
