Gym class is supposed to be a place for kids to feel comfortable and be able to do things without getting made fun of but thats in a perfect world last time i checked. There's always the groups of kids who don't fit in as well as the groups that make everyone else feel bad about themselves and there's the groups who dont even move and just stand there and talk. Everyone gets made fun of in there life ad that is bound to happen in gym class because not everyone is particular cut out for sports and that's just how they are. Kids shouldnt feel bad about them self because of bullies because other peoples opinions shouldnt matter to you

Self confidence can not only be how you feel, but how you carry yourself and giving someone confidence that didn't have it before is very important because now the person can start believing in themselves and start setting examples for other young people. Another thing that being physical active does is that it motivates kids and gives them determination.
