Handguns have become a god given right in America. The second amendment to the U.S. Constitution specifically states “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This means that the people have the inherent right to own a gun and it can not be taken away. Now the founding fathers put this in the Constitution for a reason.
