You can’t overdo congratulations if they are true congratulations. As we know, an employee needs to be appreciated and valued in organization otherwise they feel discontent and overlooked. As an administrator, I would like to appreciate the hard work that employee been doing in the facility. I would ask the director of the dietary department and find out if there’s any employee who has gone above and beyond to meet our residents quality of care. I want to reward and recognized them, so employee knows that they’re important to this organization and shared similar goals. And it’s not just the head goose that cheers. All of the geese are involved working as a team cheering each other on to achieve their mutual goal. Cheering each other on brings enthusiasm to the work.
