2.3.1 HUMAN RIGHTS The concept of the human rights is suitable in explaining the issue of gun violence on American. Based on the Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner (1996-2016), it is been stated that the human rights can be defined as the equality and rights that enabled to all human without discrimination either in terms of language, religion, nationality, sex, colour, national, ethnic origin and etc. where all of this rights that been received by the human are interconnected, inseparable and interdependent. The United State gun violence had cause a crisis to the human rights. The fact that the gun violence doesn’t seem to decreasing but keep on increasing as it can be seen that there continuously issue of mass shooting happened. The human rights is been massive destruction by the issue of gun violence in the United State as the powerlessness of the United Nation to take control over the gun control in preventing more violence to take place (Bailey, 2016). According to Bailey (2016) as stated in the Global intelligence trust, the human right crisis can be proved through this incident where;

Based on the InsightNews.com (2015), the statement can be proven as it is been stated in the press that the incapability of the United State in handling the uneven carrying out of controversial Stand Your Ground laws, disrespectful personal confidentiality, poor job in concerned towards the victims of the gun violence and inadequate to meet the international human rights standards on gun violence had lead the United Nations Human Rights Committee to give United State the continues run of failing evaluations on the human
