People who have easy access to guns are the ones who commit crimes and either hurt or kill people by accident. It is okay to own and to carry a gun but within reason. A person should be educated on how to use a gun and how to shoot it properly before you end up putting someone in danger. The bill states that the legal age to conceal and carry without a permit is 21, making that the legal age was not a very smart decision. Some people are not aware of the law, though it should be common sense, that says if a person is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and is in possession of a firearm they can be arrested due to the fact that their judgment would be impaired. If a person were to get their conceal and carry permit they would go through a class that teaches them about the laws and consequences. The legal age to conceal and carry should be around 25 because most people usually have more common sense than when they are younger, they seem to understand laws better, and hopefully they know how to safely use a
