Definition of topic being argued- Gun control (or firearms regulation) is the set of laws or policies that regulate the manufacture, sale, transfer, possession, modification, or use of firearms by civilians. The definition of the argument is should guns be banned from every American citizen or just stricter laws and still have our right to the second amendment?

Since 1364 when the first gun came around it has been a way to protect our own lives, families, and property. It feeds ours families by using a firearm to hunt for food. Hunting has become a popular sport for hundreds of years all over the world. Nearly 50,000 people apply and receive a hunting license each year. A poll was run in 2006 showing that nearly 80% of Americans support hunting. There are many addition laws that go with hunting, for example tags, poaching, spotlighting, and which gun you can use in that certain season of hunting.
