On Tuesday January 3rd, President Barack Obama announced some executive actions he would be taking on our gun laws and policies. Although, gun violence is at an all-time low, the purchase of guns is at an all-time high. Gun violence has devastated too many communities across the country. We have heard too many stories of school shootings, office shootings, and police ambushes to go on without change. There are measures in place to protect us and make things in our environment safe but stricter gun laws are not one of them. This topic comes with much controversy.
