It 's great that it has created a safer environment for China, Japan, Germany, and other surrounding countries, but we are not Europe or Asia. We have complete different cultures, political issues, and historical content. While that may not seem like a big reason, think about this. A parent would not want their 15 year old able to get drunk and go to parties. Over there, it is completely legal for this to happen in many places.
