The Second Amendment states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This law was made 225 years ago, and people have taken advantage of it ever since. Why do we, the people, need to have high powered guns? We don’t need high powered guns to protect ourselves from a burglar; we would only need something as little as a hand gun. In my opinion, they should only be used by the military and soldiers who need it in battle.
