Sandy Hook, Virginia Tech Massacre, University of Texas Massacre, Columbine High School Massacre, these are some of the most horrific school shootings in american history… gun control activists say it's the work of loose gun laws in America. What if the real reason wasn't loose gun control laws, it's the people who have access to these guns. People say that if 2011 gun ban in the uk brought gun crimes down to the lowest they have ever been why can that work here. The writing is on the walls, people don't like guns, they are scared of guns. But believe it or not without guns the wonderful place where freedoms we are promised would cease to exist, criminals and violent offences would take over, the good people of this country will get hurt.

The U.S. has countless different views on how our nation should be led, what laws are fair and what are unfair, what should be banned and what shouldn't be. These statistics go to show that the increase in guns owned is decreasing the amount of crime in the US. The increase in guns have increased safety in the US, this increase in safety would make more Americans happy and focus on finding jobs instead of staying safe. According to the FBI, about every 12 seconds, a home gets invaded[ProCon.org.]. What is worth noting is that this is a worsening of previous invasion rates. Furthermore, the statistics go on to indicate that there are 6,646 break-ins each day.
