This program will take place at a Health Clinic nationwide in the United States. This clinic will be incomed based and will go off the individual gross income and family size in order to prevent obesity. This program is a completion of twelve months for five days a week for one hour of dieting and exercising. This program consist of eating healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables throughout the education program and follow the ingredients that I will give throughout the program.
After completing the program, participants are highly recommended to continue to eat healthy and exercise daily. There will be a survey conducted before and after the education program. The survey before consist of how well the participants are knowledge about dieting and exercising. The survey after consist of how well the participants gain knowledge about the program, and how well the nutrition instructor and I perform throughout the program.
