Value Proposition The main value proposition that Guevara aims to provide for its customer segments is its Cuban-Flavor with a Filipino twist. The Cuban-Flavor is a blend of Native American, Spanish, African, and Caribbean cuisine and taste. It surely will be refreshing to the Filipino palette because our culture is highly influenced by the lot of these cultures and cuisine. Another of our value propositions is that our sandwich will always be served hot, not oven-hot, but sandwich pressed hot. Which means the sandwich will be heated right in front of the customers where they will be able to how their sandwich is prepared for them by the sandwich-maker and heated in a sandwich press which is the trademark of the Cubano, also known as, the …show more content…

Gian Dizon has good motivational skills when it comes to work. With his background as an amateur boxer and BJJ practitioner he believes that motivation is key to the success of the company. He is also very adept in using the English language, all thanks to his experience as a blogger/writer, and this will be important if we are to communicate our product in the mainstream market. He is also very tech savvy, which is an indispensable trait nowadays, and this is because he came from a technical school, namely the Don Bosco Technical Institute Makati. Though he has little experience in business, he is very eager to learn. In consideration of his skills, he is in charge of the Marketing and the Human Resource function of our company.

Ms. Alyssa Herrera was born to be a leader. She is an independent woman that is very aggressive in terms of reaching her goals in life.
