1) Christopher’s presentation was very enlightening for me because his topic is something I am passionate about. I believe that there are so many other ways to cure ourselves than traditional medicines. I love that integrated medicine is patient-centered care and focuses on lifestyle and health. He said almost all chronic diseases are affected by lifestyle and health; this made me want to start going to the gym and eating healthier. I knew some things about CAM but after this presentation, I felt as if I can persuade others to want optimal health and healing.
2) A big part of Christopher’s presentation was about lifestyle interventions such as eating a nutritious diet and exercising regularly. Something that stuck
