Guadalajara is a traditional Mexican restaurant with a fun and casual vibe. The restaurant's decor is eclectic and interesting, with corrugated tin being used for the front of the bar and lots of bright neon colors used throughout the dining room. Guadalajara is located right on Virginia Beach and to take advantage of it, the restaurant has a large open air patio that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

Guadalajara's menu is full of traditional Mexican cuisine. The specialty of the house is the sizzling fajita plates. Diners can pick between chicken, beef, steak or pork to pile high on a plate of steaming onions and green and red peppers.
