Over my lifetime, I have carried myself with an eccentric mindset. Although I would like to say that I have maintained a growth mindset throughout the majority of my life, there are occasions where I seemed to have a fixed mindset. In general, I feel that there is no definitive mindset that a specific individual has; this issue is simply not a black and white dichotomy. I personally believe that there is an existing medium where people are progressing towards a growth mindset, however, they sometimes draw back to a fixed mindset. Two specific examples of this is conveyed through my experience in academics and social skills.
