I will be use two family members to describe both mindsets/ One of the notorious difference between both mindsets are challenges, even though both mindsets can get through certain challenges; the growth mindset seems to better handle challenges. Family member number one is someone who has a two low wage paying jobs, family member one despite having to work hard is still able to make a living and work hard to pay bills, through challenges and mistakes, they were able to know how to handle and save money. Family member number two owns a small town business, they can make a good amount of money in one working night, though one thing family member two struggles with is with finances. Family member number one, when she is crtized or judged about her two jobs, she tskes it as that she doing what she is supposed to do; family memebr number one will find ways to make ends meet, she will find alternatives and not complain. Another imortant factor to consider is motivation, which is the driving force between both mindsets, people with growth mindsets like family member number one will be motivated to pay bills and save money and have good finavcial stance, even if it means having two jobs or not the best prefered employment.
