Today started a bit too fast for me. At 7:30 I was woken up by my mothers constant yelling. As I woke up, I had a gut feeling tell me today was going to be a bad day. I got up, walked to the bathroom. I grabbed the toothpaste and my tooth brush and started brushing my teeth. Then I started washing my face. Then I got in the shower. In my head I was already mad. It was the first day of my senior year and I was so eager to finish high school. I got tired of the bullshit that teachers told us. I know it’s good to have a college degree and all but I’d much rather do what I want to do in my life than having society tell you what’s good or not. It smelled so bad. All I see is little freshmen. I was probably the only senior on this damn bus and I hated it. I sat down and the bus driver started driving.
As the bus turned onto 24th street our bus hit a stop sign. Two seats in front of me the window shattered. I became very angry with the bus driver, ive had the same bus driver since 9th grade and he barely knew how to drive. I think I can drive better than him. When he hit the sign, he had to stop the bus and fill out a report. He parked the car in a dodges chicken gas station and he had to call the main office that takes care of all the buses.
The bus driver, Mr. Smith. He was a very nice guy but he couldn’t drive at all. He was filling out a report and he had to ask most of us what happened. As it came to my turn he asked “ James what happened “ and I replied back by saying “you were turning onto 24th street and you hit the stop sign” and he replied “thank you James”
Mr.smith had called the buses main office and he asked them if they could bring a bus to where we were so they can take us to school, it took them about 25 minutes for them to get us a bus. Once we got it the time was already 9:00 and school has already started and we are late due to the
