I have always believed in the power of education as a tool to make important changes in society, and I know that the highest quality of education can be found in the United States. I realized that even though human beings are complex and enjoy diversity when it gets the time to solve an issue there always exists a middle point where a solution can be made. By transferring, I will have the tools to become one of those peace ambassadors that work towards the solution of global issues. I have always been interested in the guarantee of human rights, children rights and promotion of equality. Inspired by the commitment of Malala Yousafzai, Nelson Mandela, and Martin Luther King to make a fairer world for all, I want to transfer to a four years institution because I will not only be able to learn from highly qualified instructors, develop a research thesis and immerse myself into a multicultural environment, but I will get the foundation to keep developing myself as leader and a change maker. It will allow me to not be afraid of expressing my ideas. I still believe that I am part of the generation that will contribute for the recovering of the Venezuela where my parents grew up, where all the opportunities were given and where no one had to fly the country to achieve their dreams. Once I heard that “the man is the size of his dreams” and internalizing that statement I dreamt that I might not change the world or my country, but I can make a positive impact in someone’s life, and having a proper education will give me this
