Group Task Role Informative Giver

The first role that I recognized was the Group Maintenance Role” and he would be the “Encourager-Supporter” (pg 60). This person worked at a large company, he was one of many managers. When any one got called into the office, it was a good thing. As big as this company was, this person knew your name, he knew your accomplishments, and you were joined by five or six others, to present your feedback and he listened. My mother spoke highly of him and remembering what she said, , I knew that he fit this role perfectly. I am sure he was very valuable to this company and brought out the most from those who worked with him. .
The next role is the “Group Task Role” and the “Informative Giver” (pg 60). It wasn’t until reading the book, that I clearly
