Balancing the “I” and “We” – This can be a major stressor for online participants. How to maintain a congenial atmosphere while also maintaining rigor and criticism. How to arrive at a consensus on issues without succumbing to groupthink.
Again, most students including me prefer to learn in an environment where they are appropriately challenged and where other students take academic seriously. Therefore a collegial atmosphere where students support each other and where there is some breathing space between challenges is necessary in maintaining rigor and criticism.

Are we a cohesive bunch? Are we doing our work?
As a group, our class is doing extremely well as interaction is concern. From the active participation of member, one can conclude that the atmosphere is quite encouraging. Absolutely our group is on the right direction as far as our course work is concern, although much still need to be done. Member must therefore tighten their belts if we really want to achieve our target and on a timely manner.

How helpful is the instructor being? How could the instructor be more helpful?
I think the instructor is helpful as he is the one initiating the discussion or posting questions that students have to follow to better effect their discussion.
I will like to maintain the point that the instructor should be more engaging. His present in the discussion forum will keep students more active.
What would I change about the way things are going right now? Is there enough order/structure to what we are doing, or are things a bit too anarchic for my
