Group Communication Strategies

Within our group, we will take measures to ensure communication is the most important strategy behind our team project. Together we will use verbal communication as our most used interpersonal behaviour thus creating an environment where you can freely explain and initiate the next goal in our team face to face. The conflicts we face will be examined by each member within our group to create a well thought out plan on what is the better route to partake in that will make us most successful. Within the group, each member will consult one another in a group setting to ensure everyone is fully participative and involved with the next step and agrees with what will come next as a result and this will become a norm involved with our whole team.
