Joshua did lead the way for the group almost all the times.

If Joshua was not part of our group, the group performance would suffer because Joshua fully participate to all group achievements and he is good in searching for additional information.

Joshua’s strength in contributing to the group looking for important informations and crucial equations in books, relating equations from books with the given information.
