Therefore, before implementing the change management plan in the Premier Group all the above mentioned aspects should be considered. The change should be communicated properly along with the expectations and role of the employee in the change management with the employees at all levels of hierarchy, which would not be the problem for the Premier Group. This is because, in Premier Group there are good formal and informal relationships amongst the employees (Premier Group, 2016). In addition to this, effective training must be given to the employees after reviewing and before implementing the change in Premier Group to enhance the quality of services provided. This is because there can be issues of employee dissatisfaction whilst implementing changes in revised business plan. This is because, the improvement in recruitment business from existing clients and new clients in the existing sectors as a result of aggressive marketing strategy. However, Premier group could not get new clients in new sectors as expected in last 5 years. In addition to the increased client base, because of use of latest technologies and proper training facilities, productivity of employees improved by 20% in last 5 years.
